Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If your order includes only items that are in stock, they will be shipped within this timeframe.

Items that are classed as ‘available to order’ will have a ‘lead time’ on the product page. This gives you an approximate timeframe for the despatch of your order. It can be sooner, and if it will be longer than stated we will be in touch with you.

Orders for Gift Lists will be processed and sent to the Gift List Holders

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


UK Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders placed over £200 are Shipped Free of Charge


International Shipping

We offer £18 flat rate shipping for International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LBT Gifts Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders, for delivery in NW11 and NW4


In-store pickup

We offer Free Local Pick Up at our Showroom, 102 Brent Street, NW4 2HH. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you want to know approximately when your order will be shipped, feel free to email us quoting your Order Number,


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost originally paid. Please be in contact with us prior to returning the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
