Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If your order includes only items that are in stock, they will be shipped within this timeframe.
Orders for Gift Lists will be processed and sent to the Gift List Holders.
UK Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders placed over £200 are shipped free of charge.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders over £30 in NW11 and NW4 and there will be a £5 delivery fee for orders under £30.
In-store pickup
We offer Free Local Pick Up at our Showroom, 102 Brent Street, NW4 2HH. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland): We offer £30 flat rate shipping to select countries in Europe.
USA: We offer £50 flat rate shipping to the USA
Australia: We offer £100 flat rate shipping to Australia
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LBT Gifts Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost originally paid. Please be in contact with us prior to returning the item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@labelletable.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
